These terms and conditions and privacy policy constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement” or “Terms”) between you (“you,” “your,” and similar forms) and MeFi Financial Inc. (“we,” “us,” "DAOHub", “our”, or similar forms), governing (a) your use of the website located at www.daohub.us and embedded applications (“Website”) and (b) your purchase and/or receipt of DAO Governance Tokens.

Privacy is of utmost importance at DAOHub. We recognise the significance of protecting information which is stored on our servers or network or is intended to be stored on our servers or network and which relates to an individual. The data we protect are the “Personal Data” which is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, sometimes called a data subject, and have made protecting the privacy and the confidentiality of Personal Data a fundamental component of the way we do business. This Privacy Policy informs you of the ways we work to ensure privacy and the confidentiality of Personal Data and describes the information we gather, how we use those Personal Data and the circumstances under which we disclose such information to third-parties.

In the Agreement, we define “Services”, or "Company Services" as:

By using any Services and by accepting this Agreement, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not understand or agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use the Services.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT DAOHub and MeFi Financial Inc.
Our Services are offered through one or more subsidiaries of MeFi Financial Inc. By using the Services, you understand that your Personal Data may be processed by one or more of those subsidiaries.

2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
When you access or use the Services, we collect the following information:
Information you may provide to us: You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our website or through our app or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register to use the Services and when you report a problem with the website.
Information we collect about you: With regard to each of your visits to our website we automatically collect the following information:
Login Information: We log technical information about your use of the Services, including the type of browser and version you use, the wallet identifier, the last access time of your wallet, the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to create the wallet and the most recent IP address used to access the wallet. Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access your account, including the hardware model, operating system and version, and unique deviWe ce identifiers, but this information is anonymised and not tied to any particular person.
Wallet Information: If you use a Wallet to interact with Services, we will receive information about your Wallet activity and transactions, for example, your wallet address, available balance, and information about whether you hold or have sold, purchased, or otherwise obtained or received DAO tokens and, if so, which ones.
Transaction Information: We obtain blockchain transaction information from public blockchains for certain transactions, such as buying, claiming, transferring, selling, or otherwise obtaining or holding DAO tokens or moving them out of a wallet. It includes, for example, the sending and receiving of public wallet addresses, the amount of any transfer, and information related to the time of the transaction.
Authentication Information: When you create or connect a Wallet on Services, we, or another party, may collect, access, and/or process information, such as email address, other unique identifiers, and cryptographic keys in order to provide authentication services.

3. USE OF PERSONAL DATA
We will use your Personal Data, to:
Understand and strive to meet your needs and preferences in using our Services;
Develop new and enhance existing service and product offerings;
Manage and develop our business and operations;
Carry out any actions for which we have received your consent;
Prevent and investigate fraudulent or other criminal activity;
To address service requests and resolve user questions; and
Meet legal and regulatory requirements.
We also reserve the right to use aggregated Personal Data to understand how our users use our Services, provided that those data cannot identify any individual. We also use third-party web analytics tools that help us understand how users engage with our website. These third-parties may use first-party cookies to track user interactions to collect information about how users use our website. This information is used to compile reports and to help us improve our website. The reports disclose website trends without identifying individual visitors. We will process your Personal Data legally and fairly and not use it outside the purposes of which we have informed you, including selling it individually or in the aggregate for commercial use.

We use the information we collect from and about you for these additional purposes:
To allow service providers to assist us in providing and managing the Company Services. The information we collect from and about you may be made available to certain service providers, such as contractors, analytics and other measurement companies, agents, or sponsors, who help us analyze and understand your use of the Company Services, and manage, host, and/or provide the Company Services.
To provide co-branded services and features. We may offer co-branded services or features, such as contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions together with other companies (“Co-Branded Services”). These Co-Branded Services may be hosted on Company Services or on that other party’s service. By virtue of these relationships, we may share the information you submit in connection with the Co-Branded Service with that party. That other party’s use of your information will be governed by its privacy policy.
To contact you. Company may periodically send promotional materials or notifications related to the Company Services. If you want to stop receiving promotional materials, follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. There are certain service notifications, like provision of passcodes, and other non-promotional emails that you may not opt-out of, such as notifications of changes to the Company Services terms or policies. If you have installed a mobile app and you wish to stop receiving push notifications, you can change the settings either on your mobile device or through the app.
To share with business partners. Company may share your information with business partners to permit them to send you marketing communications consistent with your choices.
To protect the rights of Company and others. There may be instances when Company may use or disclose your information, including situations where Company has a good faith belief that such use or disclosure is necessary in order to: (i) protect, enforce, or defend the legal rights, privacy, safety, or property of Company, our Company Affiliates or its or their employees, agents and contractors (including enforcement of our agreements and our terms of use); (ii) protect the safety, privacy, and security of users of the Company Services or members of the public; (iii) protect against fraud or for risk management purposes; (iv) comply with the law or legal process; or (v) respond to requests from public and government authorities.
In connection with a merger, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction. If Company sells all or part of its business or makes a sale or transfer of its assets or is otherwise involved in a reorganization, merger or transfer of all or a material part of its business (including in connection with a bankruptcy or similar proceedings), or other corporate transaction, Company may transfer or share your information to the party or parties involved in the transaction as part of that transaction.

4. SECURITY
Company uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, personnel, and physical measures designed to safeguard information in its possession against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification. However, no one can guarantee the complete safety of your information.

5. RESTRICTIONS
You are responsible for all of Your activity related to the Services and may not use the Services for any purpose other than as set forth in these Terms. Any conduct by You that, in Our sole discretion, restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the Services will not be permitted. Without limitation of the foregoing, You shall not, and shall not permit Third Parties to directly or indirectly:

take any action with respect to the Services that You know is false, misleading, untruthful, or inaccurate;
use the Services in connection with any fraudulent or illegal conduct, transaction, or business;
“spam” others or "phish” for others’ personal information;
post contact information, such as a business or personal email address, phone number or business or personal address;
use the Services in a manner that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, profane, threatening, invasive of a person’s privacy, violative of any third party proprietary rights, tortious, or is otherwise inappropriate;
use the Services to transmit software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs that are designed or intended to disrupt, damage, limit, obtain unauthorized access to, or interfere with the proper function of the Services, including the Site and any other software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
take any action that imposes or may impose (as determined by Us in Our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on Our (or Our third party providers’) infrastructure;
interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Services;
bypass, circumvent, or attempt to bypass or circumvent any measures We may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services, including the Site, any other accounts, computer systems, and networks connected thereto;
frame or mirror any portion of the Services or incorporate any portion of the Services into any product or service;
use meta tags or any other “hidden text” using any DAOHub trademark;
remove, delete, alter or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notices from the Services, including any copy thereof;
decipher, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive any source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Site or make or attempt to make any modification to the Services, except to the limited extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction;
modify, translate or otherwise create derivative works of the Service;
sell, resell, copy, rent, lease, loan, distribute, or charge any party for access to the Services;
use or launch any automated system, including “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” to access the Services;
act as an intermediary, aggregator, or service bureau Yourself or on behalf of any third party;
combine the Services or any part thereof with, or incorporate the Services or any part thereof in, any other programs;
use the Services for purposes of competitive analysis of the Services, the development of a competing product or service or any other purpose that is to the Our commercial disadvantage.

6. USER ACCESS AND CONTROL
If you would like to access personal information we hold about you or delete your personal information you have previously provided directly to us, please email us at info@mefi.ca to submit a request.

7. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Updates to this Privacy Policy. Company may modify this Privacy Policy. Please look at the Effective Date at the top of this Privacy Policy to see when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when we notify you, such as by posting the revised Privacy Policy on the Company Services.
Location of Data. The Company Services are hosted in and managed from the United States and Canada. If you are located outside the United States or Canada, , by using any of the Company Services, you understand and consent to having any personal information processed in the United States or in any other country in which we have facilities or in which we engage service providers. United States, Canada and other countries’ data protection laws may not be the same as those in your jurisdiction.

Linked Services: The Company Services may be linked to sites operated by unaffiliated companies, and may carry advertisements or offer content, marketplaces, games, newsletters, contests or sweepstakes, or other functionality or applications developed and maintained by unaffiliated companies. Company is not responsible for the privacy practices of unaffiliated companies, and once you leave the Company Services or click an advertisement you should check the applicable privacy policy of the other service.
In addition, Company is not responsible for the privacy or data security practices of other organizations, such as Discord, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Apple, Google, Microsoft or any other app developer, app provider, social media platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider, or device manufacturer, including in connection with any information you disclose to other organizations through or in connection with the Company Services.

Data Retention: We will retain your information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.
